This website is a purely informational presentation of our company. There are no user accounts, no contact forms, no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Section 7 separately describes the data processing carried out in our internal application, which operates outside this website.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Railway Corp. (USA). When the site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type), which is stored in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details (e-mail address, content of the message) solely in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

5. External links

This website contains links to Amazon.de. When you click them you leave our website; the privacy terms of Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l. then apply. We do not transmit any data to Amazon when you merely visit our website.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Processing of data from Amazon APIs (Amazon Ads API / Selling Partner API)

Voluzen GmbH operates an internal, non-public application (“Voluzen Ads Manager”). Through the official Amazon programming interfaces (Amazon Ads API and Selling Partner API) it accesses data of our own seller and advertising account only. The application is not offered to third parties and does not process data belonging to other sellers.

Data processed

Campaign and advertising data (bids, budgets, search terms, impressions, clicks, cost, sales), sales and inventory reports, and product and listing data of our own account. Personal data of end customers (e.g. names, delivery addresses, order details) is not retrieved, not stored and not processed.

Purpose and legal basis

Analysis and optimisation of our own Amazon advertising campaigns and of our assortment and inventory planning. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in managing our own commercial operations).

Storage, access and disclosure

Retrieved data is stored on systems under our control. Access is limited to authorised employees of Voluzen GmbH. The data is not disclosed to third parties, not sold, and not combined with third-party data sets.

Automated analysis

For analysis we use a locally hosted AI language model. The data remains within our own infrastructure and is not transmitted to external AI services.

Deletion

Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purpose, and at the latest once the application's authorisation is revoked in Amazon.
